Panee: The Girl that Started It All

Panee

Panee is from one of the eleven countries in the 10/40 Window with the highest rates of human trafficking where slavery is a very close danger for young people. Every major non-Christian religion is headquartered in this window and 87% of the very poorest of the poor are located here.

Panee’s father committed suicide and her mother abandoned her and her siblings when she was a child. Panee’s siblings were placed in the House of Faith Orphanage and she was left to live with her poverty-stricken Grandmother. When Panee was 14 years old she met some American missionaries and made a passionate plea for help. That plea resulted in her being accepted into the House of Faith Orphanage, and eventually birthed Dream Central Bangkok Forward Housing For Orphans.

Many other orphans have followed Panee to Forward Housing.

With the help of the Forward Housing team and sponsors like you, Panee has moved to Bangkok, is enrolled college where she is majoring in accounting.

Her story is now becoming the story of MANY.

Thank you for caring. Thank you for sharing.
